Please note that all items sold by our shop are pre-owned (used) and sold "as-is." Before making a purchase, you must carefully review the product description and images. By purchasing, you are confirming that you are satisfied with the item's condition, accessories, and any special notes listed.

Return Eligibility

In the unlikely event that an item has a significant problem or defect not specified in the product description, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the item.
We will generally process a cancellation and issue a full refund for such cases. We will cover the return shipping costs; please return the item to us freight collect (receiver pays).
We kindly ask you to check the item's condition and accessories immediately upon delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

We generally cannot accept returns if the item falls under any of the following conditions:
- More than 6 days have passed since the item was delivered.
- The item is significantly damaged compared to its condition upon arrival.
- The item has been processed or altered (e.g., tailored or repaired) at the customer's request.
- The item appears to have been used even once (after delivery).
- The item has developed new odors, such as perfume or tobacco smoke.
- The product tags or original accessories are missing.
- The reason for the return is based on a condition already detailed in the product description (e.g., normal signs of use, minor scratches, etc.).
