About the Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period)
Customers residing in EU member states have the right to withdraw from their order (cooling-off period) within 14 days of the delivery date, regardless of the reason.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of the delivery date. We will refund the purchase price after verifying the returned item. Refunds will be processed promptly via the same payment method you used.

Please note that shipping costs for returns, as well as any customs duties and fees incurred upon import of the merchandise, are not refundable and must be borne by the customer.
